The Origin Way, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in the USA with a passion for women's health and pelvic floor therapy to join our team.

You will synthesize referrals and records, diagnose movement dysfunction, and craft individualized care plans using evidence-based methods. Responsibilities include patient education, progress evaluation, and collaboration with other providers to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the USA (experience welcome for both seasoned and new grads).
• Interest in women's health and pelvic floor physical therapy is required.

Responsabilités

• Synthesize information from referrals, records, imaging and intake forms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via movement, posture, gait analysis and exams.
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals and outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based interventions: therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback.
• Evaluate progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients on recovery expectations and coping strategies.
• Follow up to improve adherence and outcomes.
• Engage with providers and community to raise awareness of therapies offered.
• Supervise at least 1 student rotation per year.

About the role

• Synthesizing pertinent information from a patient's referral, medical records, imaging, intake forms and subjective history taking.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and gait analysis, internal pelvic floor examinations, objective measurements and listening to patients concerns and goals.
• Using critical thinking to develop individualized plans of care for patients to include the patient's goals and expected outcomes of the plan.
• Utilizing evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, biofeedback and other modalities to achieve patients' goals.
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress, utilizing outcomes to drive results and modifying the plan of care as needed.
• Educating patients about what to expect from the recovery process and how to cope with challenges throughout the process
• Following up with patients to ensure better adherence to plan of care
• Connecting with providers and local organizations to increase awareness of therapies provided by the clinic and ensure that as many patients as possible that need care are able to receive it.
• Clinical instruction of at least 1 student rotation per year after the first year of treatment in your specialty area
• Other tasks as assigned

About you

Licensed Physical Therapist in the USA (experienced Physical Therapists and recent grads welcome to apply!)

Interest in women's health, pelvic floor physical therapy (a must!)

Bonus points

• Pelvic Floor physical therapy experience, certifications (not required, but we love it!)

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $115,000, plus bonus
