Start Date: 4/18/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1506.02 ‐ $1650.21

Start Date: ASAP | Duration: 1 year | Requirements: 1 year of professional SNF experience, active license, no RTO after submission, no new grads

Bill Rate: VMS MSP OID | Fees: 5% | Credentialing: 3 business days before start

Requirements:

1. Active PT license (Compact accepted)
2. Minimum 1 year SNF experience
3. Two references from within the past year
4. No new grads
