Start Date: ASAP     Pay Rate: $1746.00 ‐ $1816.00

Required Qualifications

• Physical Therapist, Skilled
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• License and SNF experience are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel experience is preferred.
