Physical Therapist - Skilled - (PT - Skilled)

Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8a-4:30p | Pay Rate: $1813.82 - $1987.49

California licensed PT needed for Skilled Nursing Facility outside Sacramento. 1-2 years' experience required. Schedule: 8a-4:30p with occasional weekends. No call. EHR systems used: NetHealth and Point Click Care.
