Physical Therapist ‐ Skilled ‐ (PT ‐ Skilled)

Start Date: 5/5/2025 | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $1783.00 ‐ $2055.00

Position Overview

Marysville Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a PT, you will help patients recover and regain independence after surgery, injury, or illness. You will work in a collaborative environment to ensure patients receive the highest quality care for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

1. Education: Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Licensure: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
3. Experience: Prior experience in post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care is desirable but not required. New graduates encouraged.
4. Skills: Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, ability to create and implement therapy programs, excellent communication skills.
5. Personal Traits: Compassionate, patient-centered, motivating, organized, detail-oriented.

Additional Requirements

• Physical Therapist license (PT-CA)
• Minimum 1 year experience
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• Work history with no more than 90 days gap in the last year
• One reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
