Start Date: ASAP | Available Shifts: 8 D | Pay Rate: $2049.30 - $2245.51

Well-respected skilled nursing facility (SNF) is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Physical Therapist to join the team in Hayward, CA. Candidates must support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and be willing to complete a 13-week travel assignment with the possibility of extension.

Required Qualifications

1. Physical Therapist, Skilled
2. Experience: 1 year
3. Licenses: PT-CA
4. Float: To facility 10 minutes away, if available
5. References: 1 Reference in entire work history
