Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per standards and procedures
• Document and bill physical therapy services accurately
• Evaluate residents to develop and implement treatment plans
• Develop short- and long-term treatment goals and monitor progress
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR systems
