Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fresno, CA. The role offers competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling in a setting that values patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• New graduates with SNF rotations welcome.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon offer).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care using strong clinical reasoning
• Deliver age-appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility guidelines
• Discharge patients when goals are met or services are no longer medically necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Contract

Location: Fresno, CA (Not the right fit? We have additional PT opportunities available throughout California.)
Pay: $3,000 per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)
Schedule: Day shifts | 36-40 hours per week
