Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week travel contract in Los Gatos, CA. Earn $2,650 per week with a 36–40 hour schedule at a Skilled Nursing Facility.

You'll evaluate patients, develop plans of care, deliver age-appropriate therapies, document progress, and discharge when appropriate. Requires California PT license (or eligibility) and current BLS; SNF experience preferred; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from AHA (or ability to obtain upon offer)
• SNF experience preferred
• New graduates with SNF rotations welcome

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care using clinical reasoning

• Modify treatment plans based on progress and findings
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress per facility guidelines
• Discharge patients when goals are met or services are no longer needed
