Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel contract in Chico, CA. This SNF setting offers a competitive weekly rate and the chance to impact patient care while enjoying flexible day schedules and 36–40 hours per week.

You’ll evaluate patients, develop care plans, deliver therapy, document progress, discharge when goals are met, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. California license (or eligibility) and BLS are required or obtainable on offer.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• SNF clinical experience preferred.
• New graduates with SNF rotations welcome.
• Current BLS certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care with clinical reasoning.
• Deliver age-appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Modify treatment plans based on progress and findings.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress per guidelines.
• Discharge patients when goals are met or services are no longer needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure outcomes.

Pay: $2,600 per week

Contract Length: 13 weeks (extension possible)

Schedule: Day shifts | 36–40 hours per week
