Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• New grads and experienced PTs are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience; WebPT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient while developing individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based patient care across outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation populations.
• Maintain high levels of communication with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly to support collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
