Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Casa Grande, AZ. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include clinical care, documentation, leadership, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role requires CAPTE-accredited program completion and current licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stay active during shift.

Responsabilités

• Clinical care: evaluate and treat patients as medically necessary.
• Documentation: maintain timely records of goals and progress.
• Leadership: supervise and coach assistants and aides.
• Compliance: follow Practice Acts, OSHA, and Medicare regulations.
