Eden Capital Careers is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality clinical services in Casa Grande, AZ. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

In this role you will document progress, adhere to regulatory standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy results. A CAPTE-accredited program graduate with active state licensure and CPR certification is required; physical

Competenze

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs independently and stay active during shifts.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
