Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Sioux Falls is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team. You’ll provide in inpatient settings, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide patients through rehabilitation with compassion and expertise.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $5,000 for moves outside a 60-mile radius, along with comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
