Salary ranges from $104,000 to $124,000 per year on a per diem/on‑call basis, with a sign‑on bonus available. The role requires a California PT license, and we offer PTO and referral bonuses to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Current California PT license to practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administers and interprets tests for muscle strength, range of motion, and respiratory/circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment per established care plans.
• Maintains patient record confidentiality and documentation per policy and regulations.
• Conducts home assessments to support safe discharge.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and state/federal regulations.
