This full-time, day shift position involves evaluating and treating patients referred by licensed physicians in accordance with Georgia state law, APTA guidelines, and hospital policies. The role includes supervising Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and supporting hospital mission and values.

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Broad clinical experience through internships or practice
• Knowledge of evaluation, treatment planning, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient mobility treatments
• Understanding of documentation and billing compliant with Georgia law, JCAHO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurers
• Ability to coordinate with therapy team members and hospital staff, and to handle conflicts constructively
• Commitment to clinical quality and performance improvement
