Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and administer evaluations and treatments to improve function and reduce pain for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, or other conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed as Physical Therapist in NH.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Select, administer, and interpret clinically appropriate assessments.
• Develop and implement plans of care to promote development and/or restoration of skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate services and maximize outcomes.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify the plan of care accordingly.
• Design home exercise programs and provide instruction to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and confidentiality.
• Orient and supervise assistants, aides, or students as applicable in various settings.
