Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs patient transfers safely with appropriate body mechanics.
• Designs and adjusts a plan of care based on patient response and evidence.
• Educates patients and families using effective teaching methods.
• Evaluates clinical findings to determine PT diagnoses and outcomes.
• Performs examinations with appropriate methods relevant to chief complaint.
• Maintains documentation in the therapy EMR.
• Collaborates with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
