Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• CA state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues.
• Administers and interprets tests for strength, range of motion and endurance.
• Provides direct resident treatment per plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments to ensure safe discharge.
