Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for the E.A. Hawse Healthcare Center in West Virginia. This full-time role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to be an in-house team member, serving residents to improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited Program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Physical Therapy License.
• Experience supervising PTAs encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and screen patient charts and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct treatment and supervision of PTAs.
• Lead interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff/family training as appropriate.
