You will assess function, build personalized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role offers a compensation package of $89,000–$137,500 with base salary plus productivity incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, using various therapeutic techniques.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in PT techniques and technologies and apply them as appropriate.
• Meet needs of Plan of Care and follow up with noncompliance.
