Sigma Health Rehab in Queensbury, New York is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. This full-time position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary care team.

You will evaluate residents, develop personalized rehab plans, supervise therapy assistants, and uphold confidentiality while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current New York State PT License is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' conditions and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Relieve pain through exercises, hands-on therapy, and stretching.
• Monitor residents' progress and assist with daily tasks as needed.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants.
