Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to deliver high-quality therapy services in partner facilities across Pennsylvania. The role includes patient evaluation, treatment plan development, discharge planning, and supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs.

Responsibilities emphasize adherence to clinical standards, state and federal regulations, and building strong relationships with facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PA).

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through physical therapy.
• Provide supervision to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and discharge plans.
• Maintain state licensure and comply with regulations.
