Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team is seeking a Physical Therapist for the KORT Tyler Center in Louisville, KY. The role offers outpatient care with opportunities across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health, with flexible pathology focus and a collaborative culture.

Candidates should have an APTA-accredited PT program, outpatient experience, and a current state PT license. Compensation starts at $72,000–$95,000 annually, with sign-on bonuses and a debt relief program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
• Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
• Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
