The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Caswell Developmental Center, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide assessments and treatments for an assigned caseload, using an interdisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities include supervising PT assistants, evaluating seating systems, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, and documenting progress as per licensure and center policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in NC.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to supervise PT Assistants/Technicians.

Responsabilités

• Assess and treat caseload per policies, including screenings, evaluations, and plans.
• Supervise PT Assistants/Technicians and delegate therapy techniques.
• Collaborate with OTs on seating systems, equipment and falls prevention.
• Attend orthopedic/PMR appointments and relay recommendations.
