Physical Therapist - Senior Living Visits, $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Physical Therapist (PT) for Senior Living Visits with a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus. This is a Full-Time opportunity servicing adult and geriatric clients in Center City.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct home visits within designated areas.
• Perform diagnostic tests such as mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.
• Implement wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans, including manual therapy and gait training.
• Collaborate with nursing staff in multidisciplinary care planning.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities.
• Document client care accurately using electronic tablets.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania PT license.
• At least one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred.
