Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Joplin is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our care team and support residents in a warm, welcoming setting. You will design and implement therapy plans, perform evaluations, and educate residents on exercise strategies to promote health and mobility.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Missouri.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional ability
• Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, as well as consultations with other healthcare professionals
• Conduct regular assessments and progress reports to measure treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment
