Job summary

H2 Health Prime Living in Murray, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care for residents in a Brookdale Murray setting. You’ll work in a clinician-led, patient-focused environment, growing your career whether new grad or experienced.

We offer a degree-required, state-licensed PT with outpatient experience preferred; responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning, and EMR documentation. Sign-on bonus, flexible schedule, and strong benefits are listed.

Qualifications
