ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to support K-12 students in a school-based setting in Virginia. The role offers flexibility to work onsite or virtually for the 2026/2027 school year.

You will assess needs, develop therapy plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with educators and families to ensure holistic student support while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state or eligible for licensure.
• Prior school-based experience is desirable.
• Ability to tailor therapy plans for K-12.
• Excellent communication with educators, families, and students.
• Comfort with technology for documentation and virtual therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive assessments of students' physical abilities.

Job Description

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state, or eligible for state licensure
• Prior experience working in school settings is highly desirable
• Strong ability to adapt therapy plans for a range of ages and abilities, K-12
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
• Comfortable navigating technology for documentation and virtual therapy, if needed
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' physical abilities and needs
