Service delivery will take place onsite, allowing for meaningful engagement and development of therapeutic relationships throughout the school year.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Prior experience working within a K-12 school environment highly valued
• Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally with educators, families, and support staff
• Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and implement effective, individualized intervention plans
• Comfortable adapting strategies to meet varying student abilities and needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students, fostering academic access and mobility
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plan (IEP) recommendations
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to align therapy goals with educational objectives
• Maintain meticulous documentation of student progress, session notes, and compliance with district and state guidelines
• Educate school staff and families regarding student needs and appropriate supports
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocating for student success
