Nyman Associates is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our school-based program in the United States. This role focuses on helping students with disabilities or injuries access education and participate fully in school activities through targeted therapy.

We welcome seasoned therapists and new graduates (DPT) alike, offering mentorship from experienced Clinical Directors and a wide range of placement opportunities to grow professionally within a supportive educational context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or eligibility for certification.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist.

Responsibilities

• Providing specialized services to students with disabilities or injuries that impact participation in educational activities.
• Assessing students' physical abilities to support access and engagement.
• Developing individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Implementing interventions to improve motion, mobility, and school participation.
• Conducting assessments and documenting therapy sessions to monitor progress.

Position Summary:
