PediaStaff is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to serve the birth-to-three population in the Anchorage, AK area. This is an in-person, full-time role focusing on children in their natural home environment, with a manageable caseload and family-centered approach.

You will work with families using a coaching model during daily routines, participate in evaluations and IFSP planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists to support each child’s development.

Formación

• AK licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT.
• Passionate about early intervention and working with families.
• Comfortable working independently in home-based settings.
• IFSP experience preferred, but not required.

We're currently seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist ($83,000-$90,000/year) in the Anchorage, AK area.

Qualifications

• AK licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT
• Passionate about early intervention and working with families
• Comfortable working independently in home-based settings
• A team player who values learning, connection, and purpose-driven work
• Previous experience with IFSP (Individualized Family Services Plan) preferred, but not required

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time

Setting: The child's natural environment, usually their home, where parents can be involved in their child's development

Caseload: Birth to three population

Close-knit collaborative team of SLPs, OTs, and developmental therapists working to bring out the best in every child
