Job summary

VetJobs in Salem, Oregon is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans for home health and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in practicing state.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current BLS, hands-on CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
