Qualificações

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Indiana Physical Therapist licensure required.
• State Driver's License required.
• Maintains current BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and plans individualized treatment programs.
• Performs physical therapy procedures to restore function and reduce pain.
• Oversees treatment planning with therapy assistants and communicates with physicians.
• Completes documentation in medical records and D/C planning.
• Participates in professional development and department initiatives.
