Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Michigan Physical Therapy licensure required.
• State driver’s license required.
• Maintains current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care involving patient/family.
• Performs therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques.
• Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and support personnel.
