Riverside Therapy Group in Gloucester, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist to develop individualized treatment plans and conduct evaluations for patients with acute and chronic conditions. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and discharge readiness.

You will educate patients and families about recovery, track progress, and adjust plans based on evidence-based guidelines to maximize outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctoral in Physical Therapy required.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Active Virginia PT license required; CPR/BLS within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Performs evaluations, determines PT diagnoses, and develops plan of care.
• Performs physical therapy procedures to restore function and mobility.
• Reassesss patients timely per guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
