Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to help patients rebuild or maintain physical wellbeing, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You will perform initial evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and provide direct treatments.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and a patient-centered approach. CPR and state licensure requirements apply; on-site in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapist program. Currently meets, or will acquire within 1 year from date of hire, qualifications for direct access.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Physical Therapist: TN, upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial evaluations and develops plans of care.
• Provides direct treatments and monitors patient progress.
• Meets patient care productivity standards and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintains documentation and communicates progress with patients and families.
• Supports customer service orientation and discharge planning.
