Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Physical Therapy.
• 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment under physician’s order.
• Interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, ROM and respiratory/circulatory function.
• Provides direct resident treatment per established plan of care.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in use of mobility devices.
• Maintains patient records and documents in compliance with policy and regulations.
• Conducts home assessments to support safe discharge.
