Job summary

Clover Staffing seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for our Gilroy, California facility. The role focuses on evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and guiding rehabilitation to restore mobility and function.

Shifts are 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, starting September 16, 2026, for a 13-week engagement with weekly pay. You will supervise PTAs and therapy aides, document progress, and coordinate with physicians to ensure measurable outcomes.

• Responsibilities include evaluating patients, setting goals, and guiding rehab plans.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides; collaborate with physicians and caregivers.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge summaries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercises.
• Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides.
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Discharge patients with maintenance and self-management plans.
