Job summary

Clover Staffing in Clearlake, California seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop plans, and guide recovery. Shift 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, start 2026-10-12 for a 13-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients' physical condition, movement limits, pain levels, and deficits.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility.
• Apply therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Assist patients recovering from injury or surgery and manage chronic conditions.
• Document progress and discharge plans accurately.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Supervise PTAs and therapy aides as required.

Responsibilities
