Ventura Orthopedics in Thousand Oaks is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You will work with a collaborative team of physicians and therapists in a supportive environment.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and comprehensive benefits. Active California PT license, CPR, and TB clearance are required to join our patient-centered therapy team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Active California PT or OT License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients restore function and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable functional goals and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises.
