Ventura Orthopedics Inc. in California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Therapy team.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients restore function, mobility, and reduce pain in a collaborative orthopedic setting. This full-time position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, a 401(k), and continuing education support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program.
• Active California PT or OT license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable functional goals and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Supervise and support therapy aides, PTAs, and students, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.
