Job summary

Ventura Orthopedics Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Department. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and guide recovery to restore function and mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active California PT license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB clearance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Help patients restore function, improve mobility, and reduce pain.
• Establish measurable functional goals and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and families on plans and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Supervise therapy aides and students, as applicable.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, payer, and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on teamwork and exceptional patient care.
