Job summary

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to high-quality care. The role emphasizes professional growth, mentorship, and a range of evidence-based treatments across orthopedic, sports, and neuro rehab.

You will conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, design individualized plans, and document workflows in the EMR while contributing to a collaborative interdisciplinary team. The company offers extensive onboarding, residency-style programs, and incentive structures.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10-12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
