Job summary

HCRC consulting in Renton, WA is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our integrated healthcare team. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work with physicians, chiropractors, and rehab specialists to reduce pain and restore mobility.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, guide rehabilitation, educate patients, supervise PTAs, and maintain EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Washington Physical Therapy License is required/preferred.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, therapeutic exercise, and functional movement training.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with providers across multiple specialties to deliver comprehensive patient care.
