Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Physical Therapy and licensure eligibility.
• TX licensure to be obtained within hire.
• BLS CPR certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop care plans aligned to patient age and goals.
• Deliver age-appropriate physical therapy interventions and discharge when goals are met.
• Maintain productivity and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care and manage charting per departmental policy.
• Support patient/family education and training.
