Responsabilités

• Develop and update plan of care with patient/family tailored to age and lifestyle.
• Perform initial evaluations and provide direct treatments.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and collaborate with the team.
• Promote positive customer service and engage patients and families in goal setting.
• Document care, charting, and schedule management per policy.
• Utilize hospital information systems for scheduling, communications and documentation.
