Job summary

Springfield Hospital, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver individualized programs in both in‑patient and out‑patient settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and adjust treatments to maximize patient progress toward functional goals.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a patient‑centered approach. BLS certification and Vermont licensure are required, with a preferred Master's degree and prior healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Active PT license in Vermont.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine PT plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (preferred)
• Previous healthcare experience (preferred)
• Current Physical Therapist license in Vermont in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: The base rate for this position is $38.80 - $53.00 per hour. The hourly range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position. The rate for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
