Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) - North OKC Rehab - Full Time Weekend

Join us as a Physical Therapist (PT) at Mercy in North OKC for a weekend shift role. This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients, under the supervision of Therapy Leadership, following departmental policies and procedures.

Position Details
  • Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday plus 2 weekdays
  • Shift Length: 4 - 10 or 9-hour shifts
Responsibilities

Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants according to State Practice Acts. Ensure all duties align with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards.

Qualifications
  • Current State license and degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate)
  • Current or temporary licensure in practice state
  • BLS certification (current before independent patient care)
  • Preferred: 6 months to 1-year experience with adult and geriatric care
  • Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, lifting 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing physical movements like bending and reaching
