Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise PT assistants and support staff.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Maintain compliant documentation and a safe treatment environment.
